Return Policy

Please carefully select your correct size as we do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges for store credit only. We will gladly provide a store credit for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on www.thedivakurvescollection.com. All swimwear must be returned in its original packaging and all tags must be attached. Exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

• All returns will be issued as store credit.
• No Credit card refunds will be provided.
• Store credit can be used on any future purchases at www.thedivakurvescollection.com

• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented at the time of return.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a store credit to your account.

• Promotional Items: Items purchased during a promotion or sale are eligible for store credit at the promotional price.
